Purpose
These terms of service govern the subscription to the Yin Shi application, published by Ludovic Dumay.
Service description
Yin Shi is a web and mobile application offering a Chinese medicine food encyclopedia, a TCM constitution test, and nutritional recommendation tools.
The service is accessible via web browser (yinshi.app/web/) and Android app (Play Store).
Pricing
Monthly subscription: 6.49 EUR incl. VAT / month.
Annual subscription: 69 EUR incl. VAT / year (5.75 EUR / month).
Free trial: 1 month without credit card.
Prices may be changed with 30 days notice. Current subscriptions retain their rate until renewal.
Free trial
The one-month free trial gives access to all features, with no commitment.
No credit card is required to start the trial.
At the end of the trial, access to the service is suspended. To continue, you must subscribe to a paid plan.
Payment
Payment is made via Google Play Billing for the Android application.
The charge is automatic on the subscription anniversary date.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play Store > Subscriptions.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. You retain access to the service until that date.
Refund
Refunds are managed by Google Play Store according to its refund policy.
Since the free trial does not require a credit card, no amount is refundable for the trial period.
Intellectual property
The content of the application (encyclopedia, recipes, tests) remains the property of Ludovic Dumay. The subscription grants a personal, non-transferable right of use.
Liability
The service is provided for informational and educational purposes. Nutritional recommendations based on Chinese medicine do not constitute medical advice.
The publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made based on information provided by the application.
Force majeure
The publisher shall not be liable for failures due to force majeure events (network outage, third-party service failure, etc.).
Applicable law
These terms are subject to French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Besançon.
